What's the minimum commitment?
1-month pilot, no long-term contract. If the pilot doesn't pay for itself in saved hours, we don't continue. After the pilot, packages run month-to-month with a 30-day notice — no annual lock-in.
Who owns the automations and IP?
You do — 100%. All workflows, prompts, code, dashboards and SOPs are delivered into your accounts and repositories. We document everything so your in-house team (or the next vendor) can take over without us.
Do you replace our in-house team?
No — we augment them. Interim Management is designed for companies that already have an operations or tech team but lack senior bandwidth to architect and maintain AI/automation. We work alongside your people, train them, and step out cleanly when the system runs itself.
